AFFIDAVIT OF XXX

I, XXX, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the following is true and correct:

1. My name is XXX. I am a US native, minor child resident of Kansas City. Fearing for my safety and life I make this affidavit in support of the U.S. Justice Department’s Extradition of the Most Rev. Robert W. Finn from the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, Missouri, under the Relief Under the Torture and Sexual Abuse Convention;

2. I hereby petition for sanctuary, under the Relief Under the Torture and Sexual Abuse Convention, within the United States of America proper in order to escape persistent and systemic sexual child abuse as commonly practiced in the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, Missouri;

2a. I seek refuge in the United States. I fear that if I am not removed from the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, I will find myself once again at the mercy of sexually violent priests and who may again molest, attack and/or rape me. I also fear direct retaliation from the Most Rev. Robert W. Finn. I am scared to go to church.

3. I also seek Bishop Finn’s extradition to the United States from the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, and his subsequent U.S. Federal prosecution, because as a minor child I suffered greatly at the hands of Rev. Shawn Ratigan; locally Ratigan has been charged been charged in Clay County Circuit Court with violating Missouri child pornography law, to include 3 felony counts of possessing pornographic photos of children. Rev. Shawn Ratigan also took pictures of girls as young as 3 or 4; Ratigan took additional photos up the skirts of girls under the age of 12, according to documents filed in Clay County Circuit Court; these images were loaded both on his personal computer and a church computer. Finally yesterday a 13-count federal indictment against  Rev. Shawn Ratigan was filed in Western Missouri;

Rev. Shawn Ratigan’s Abuse and The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn’s Blind Eye

4. After Rev. Shawn Ratigan’s arrest, the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph revealed that the principal of St. Patrick School in Kansas City had informed the Sovereign Diocese officials over a year earlier of his concerns regarding Ratigan’s interactions with children;

5. The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn Finn previously has said he made “some failings” in the aforementioned case. The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn also stated he was unaware that a principal (St. Patrick School in Kansas City) had complained about Rev. Shawn Ratigan’s behavior around children more than a year before Ratigan was arrested;

6. Because no sane person believed The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn’s protestations of over a year’s worth of willful ignorance, as well in an effort to remove unwanted attention from himself, the Most Rev. Robert W. Finn has paid asked “appointed” former U.S. Attorney (Western Missouri) and longtime political hack Todd Graves to whitewash the whole affair evaluate how the diocese “handles” allegations against its priests;

7. The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn has admitted to nothing more onerous than “poor management”, and that only in qualified retrospect; yesterday the willfully blind cowardly probably bought off Katharine Fincham, current Assistant United States Attorney (Western Missouri) filed an open and shut 13-count federal indictment against dead man walking Rev. Shawn Ratigan.

As blatantly missing from said indictment was The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn, therefore let it be known;

7a. The fix is in.

Fear of Future Persecution

8. If I am forced to remain in the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, Missouri, I will surely be persecuted by my fellow church members and undoubtedly molested by other priests as long as The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn is allowed to lie and cover-up mis-manage his charges;

9. I have been persecuted in the past because of my lack of legal standing as a minor child; I have no rights and am powerless to fight off further abuse. I believe that, should I remain in the Sovereign Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph, Missouri, aforesaid persecution would continue until my life had no meaning;

10. I am willing and able to work in the United States. Though I am only 6 how hard could a menial job be compared to sexual abuse? I would also like to go to school with normal children. If given the opportunity, I will work hard, continue my schooling, and make a positive contribution as a grateful new member of American society;

11. Therefore, I appeal to the American authorities to grant my application for asylum in the United States, withholding of removal, and relief under the Relief under the Torture and Sexual Abuse Convention, and;

12. Therefore, I appeal to the American authorities to grant my application for the Extradition of The Most Rev. Robert W. Finn’s to the United States, whereupon he be prosecuted under the Relief Under the Torture and Sexual Abuse Convention.

  1. We’ll have a rejoinder on our blog…uh…any time now. Perhaps tomorrow…or the day after…or the day after that. We’ll be right on it I tell you.

    Just you don’t think you’ve gotten away with something!

  2. Nicely written, and nice perspective.

    Of course, as soon as the fire gets hot, the Catholic Pope, the President of the Premier Pedophile Protection Program, will summon him to the Vatican where he will get a job alongside other Hall Of Famers like Cardinal Bernard Law of Boston, who oversaw the movement of dozens of priests who went on to rape at least 800 boys.

  3. Many thing about our country mystify me, but allowing the systemic physical and emotional abuse of children by a bunch of cross dressing whack jobs leads the list.

    What the fuck is wrong with people?

Something to say...?
